備え付けのキッチンには大きな作業台があり、みんなで一緒に料理を作れることが自慢。
また、ダイニングの大きな木のテーブルの中には、なんとお好み焼き屋で使われる本格的な鉄板まで隠れています。
これで鉄板を囲んだ大阪らしいホームパーティーなども自由自在！！
そうして作った料理をシェアしながら、座り心地のいいソファで仲間達と食事やいろんな話をたのしんでください。
皆が集まりワイワイできる共用部分は、居心地バツグンの空間です！
Creating a public space in which people can gather comfortably in a vibrant atmosphere has been our main focus during the renovation process. This house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with food preparation tables large enough for everyone to make dinner together. Hidden inside of our large dining tables are equally large Japanese-style griddles ? the same kind used in an okonomiyaki restaurant! With these griddles, it is possible to gather everyone around the table and host a true Osakan house party! You can spend time talking with your friends on our comfortable couches while eating the food you’ve made together.

- リビングスペース。大きな冷蔵庫と作業台でみんなで調理が可能です。Living room. There is a big fridge & work space. It makes you easy to cook together & share your meals.
- 共用部ドア。自転車の車輪のモチーフ。回ります。Door. Wheel shape.
- ダイニングテーブル。 この下にお好み焼き用の鉄板が隠れています！Dining table. It's for sharing good moments.
- ランドリー＆シャワーLandry & Shower space
- キッチン。調理器具も揃っています。Kitchen. There's some cooking tools you can use it free.
- 屋外ベンチ。タバコを吸うときはこちらへ。ゆっくりとコーヒーを飲んだり、みんなとひと休みするには最適。Bench. When you smoke, have a cup of coffee, or what else.
- 本棚。 自転車関連の書籍やフリーペーパーが来ます。Book stand. There's some cycle magazines & free papers.
- 洗車場。自転車を洗ったりするところ。Wash space for your bike.
- 鍵。テンキーロックでセキュリティーThe Lock. Entrance door
- ソファー。座り心地・居心地ともに一級品です。Sofa. It's comfortable. Very, very much.

Our house is built right next the Yamatogawa River, providing very easy access to the fantastic cycling route along its banks. Feel free to invite your friends over to take advantage of the wonderful trails!

お部屋のご予約は1ヶ月前から承っております。
ご入居の手続きは下記の通りです。

If you would like to make a reservation from abroad, plaese follow the procedure below.(If you are in Japan, it is recommendable to visit us first.)

一度、当館まで内覧にお越しください。内覧後、ご入居を希望される場合は「入居審査用紙」を書いていただきます。
内覧にお越し頂けない場合、遠方からのご予約も承っております。その場合、入居審査用紙を（外国籍の方はパスポートのコピーも合わせて）メールにてお送りください。
Please send us a pssport photo copy and background check file.
We need the information for background check.(You will be informed abouth the result of background check within few days.)

入居審査に通過後、保証金の2万円をお振込み頂き、お部屋のご予約が完了いたします。（ご入居時に保証金のお支払いは可能ですが、他のお客様がご予約された際はそちらのお客様にお部屋をご提供させて頂きます。）
また、ご予約完了後のお部屋のキャンセルはお支払いいただいた2万円をキャンセル料として頂きますのでご注意ください。
Please send us a deposit(￥20,000) by international bank transfer . We will tell you bank account information after the background check.
※We will take the deposit as a cancel fee if you cancel a reservation after you book.
